These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Safety & Training Services (Hereford) Ltd, including Health & Safety consultancy, training courses, inspections, compliance support, and associated services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Quotations & Pricing
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on project scope, site requirements, travel, or additional services requested. Safety & Training Services (Hereford) Ltd reserves the right to amend quotations where project requirements change.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement of work. Invoices must be paid within the stated payment period shown on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
Training Courses
Training bookings may be subject to minimum attendee numbers and availability. Course certificates will only be issued where delegates successfully complete course requirements and attendance criteria. Safety & Training Services (Hereford) Ltd reserves the right to reschedule training courses where necessary.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email as soon as possible.
Safety & Training Services (Hereford) Ltd reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for consultancy services, site visits, and training courses cancelled at short notice.
The following cancellation charges may apply:

Cancellations made within 5 working days of the scheduled service or training date may be charged at 100% of the agreed fee.

Cancellations made with 6 or more working days’ notice may be charged at 50% of the agreed fee.
Where additional non-refundable costs have already been incurred, including accommodation, venue hire, travel expenses, or external instructor fees, these costs may also be charged in full.
Substitute delegates for training courses may be accepted at no additional charge, subject to course requirements and sufficient notice being provided.
Safety & Training Services (Hereford) Ltd reserves the right to reschedule services or training courses where circumstances beyond our control make delivery impractical or unsafe.
Client Responsibilities

- Cooperating with reasonable requests necessary to deliver services
Liability
Safety & Training Services (Hereford) Ltd will provide services with reasonable skill, care, and professional competence. However, we cannot guarantee the prevention of accidents, incidents, enforcement action, or certification approval outcomes. Our liability shall be limited to the value of the services provided unless otherwise required by law.
